Based on the cooperative mechanism among CAS institutes and   replying on the RCEECA’s oversea research platform, mutual benefit and collaborations on scientific research, education & training and platform establishment were developed with the countries of Central Asia and Eurasian Continent.

n  Scientific Research: facilitating the collaborative researches on climate change and environmental evolution, natural resources and its utilization, ecological restoration and environmental improvement;

n  Education & Training: cultivating the joint research team on ecology and environment among china, Central Asia and Eurasian Continent;

n  Platform Establishment: Setting up the ecological and environmental research platform combined with field observation, lab analysis, RS simulation and experiment & demonstration.

By effective and fruitful collaborations, the RCEECA will be deserved to reach following objectives:

n  Qualified with the ability on monitoring and forecasting;

n  Qualified with the ability on analysis, research and assessment;

n  Qualified with the ability on joint adaptation to eco-environmental change;

n  Becoming important platform on scientific collaboration under the framework of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO);

n  Providing the S&T support for collaboration on resources, environment and ecology under SCO and Belt and Road Initiative.
